• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

  The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association provides information on speech and language disorders, as well as referrals to certified speech-language therapists. Excellent information on speech, language and hearing issues.

• Feingold Association

  The Feingold association is a non-profit organization focusing on the dietary connection to better behavior, learning & health.

• HEATH Resource Center American Council on Education

  The HEATH Resource Center is a national clearinghouse on post-high school education for people with disabilities.

• Learning Disabilities Association of America

  Founded in 1964, LDA is a national organization devoted to defining and finding solutions for the broad spectrum of learning problems. LDA has 50 state affiliates with more than 775 local chapters. LDA believes that learning disabilities occur in many forms - visual, auditory, motor control, communication, logic, etc. Effective correction must include a total approach to the educational, physiological, psychological and medical needs of the individual child.

• Learning Disabilities Association of California

  LDA of California is a regional organization providing resources for parents and teachers of children with learning disabilities.

• National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities

  NICHCY is an information and referral center that provides free information on disabilities and disability-related issues. Children and youth with disabilities (birth to age 22) are NICHCY's special focus.

• National Eating Disorders Organization

  The mission of NEDO is to increase understanding and contribute toward the prevention of all forms of eating disorders and obesity. They implement that mission by providing education, consultation, research, and treatment referral services nationally and internationally.

  The Schwab Foundation for Learning is dedicated to raising awareness about learning differences and providing parents and teachers with the information, resources and support they need to improve the lives of kids with learning differences.
