While much of the creative energy in the software industry is directed at little kids, we're finding some exciting new products for the older-elementary and middle-school crowd They're creative, funky, tremendously challenging-and still very educational. As you look for other titles, bear in mind that kids in the double-digit ages need engaging products that are more than just drill-and-practice or reference works for helping with homework. They love simulations, adventures, brain teasers, quests and games. And many are ready for adult software.
