Vaccination chart
  1. This schedule is for high-risk infants (those whose mothers have tested positive for hepatitis B.) These infants should receive hepatitis B immune globulin at or shortly after the first vaccine dose. Infants not at high risk also should be vaccinated against hepatitis B. Check with your doctor for the appropriate schedule.
  2. May not be required, depending on type of vaccine. Check with your doctor.
  3. Given at 12, 15, or 18 months, depending on type of vaccine. Check with your doctor.
  4. Where required by public health authorities for school entry. Otherwise: 11-12 years. Check with your doctor.
