Your child's doctor or other health care provider will measure your child's height and weight
regularly. Your child's head will also be measured during the first two years of life. These
measurements will help you and your health care provider know if your child is growing properly. Use
this record or growth charts on pages 10-13 to keep track of your child's growth. If you need help
using these charts, ask your doctor or other health care provider.
