Your child's doctor or other health care provider may want to see your child for check-up visits even when shots or test are not due. Some authorities recommend check-up visits at the following ages:

• 12 months
• 15 months
• 18 months
• 2 years
• 3 years
• 4 years
• 5 years
• 6 years
• 8 years
• 10 years
• 12 years
• 14 years
• 16 years
• 18 years.
