We are now using this book for our second child and it's the most used and indispensible book in our household. Heaven forbid when it gets misplaced! I like this series because it contains wise yet practical and insightful advice in a well-laid out format. Each month I look up what my child should be doing, learning, experiencing and they are so right! It's also incredibly useful when they warn me about an upcoming issue before we get to that stage. This series is clearly written by professionals who are also parents. I own all three books in the series (What to Expect When You're Expecting; What to Expect the First Year; and What to Expect the Toddler Years) and swear by them all. I just wish that they'd keep going. This is one of those must-have books.
